Seek ye the LORD
while he may be found,
call ye upon him while he is near:

Let the wicked forsake his way, and the

mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will

It all began in the beautiful Garden of Eden and ended on the hill called Golgotha. (Skull)  It was a place of execution, a place where those who committed crimes were punished.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was
bruised for our inquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.   (Isaiah 53:5)

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. (Isaiah 53:6)
You are FORGIVEN at the cross
And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. (John 3:14,15)
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (John 3:36)
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten  Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John3:16)
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.  (Acts 4:12)
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus Christ, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13
